Door Locks Sticking Tring to Open

Hi

I have a 94 Granada Scorpio 2.0i Auto 5dr Hatch.

I've browsed through the forums but can't find this particular problem.

Basically, it's becomming increasingly difficult to unlock both doors or set the alarm by turning the key left then right.

Whenever i turn it left it sticks, jiggling it around, up and and down, in and out, it doesn't seem to have any pattern - it just sticks.

Used to take a couple of attempts - but now it's progressed to anything upto a minute to unlock it!

Locks and turns right fine.

Does any one have any suggestions/advice?

I've looked on Ebay and there are lock fixing kits for £25 and door locks at £24 each.

Local Scrapyards are a desert for Granadas.

any help will be greatly appreciated.
