The GSO Collectibles Shop is operated voluntarily but we uplhold very high standards of service. We pride ourselves on the customer service and professionalism that we provide. We will go that extra mile for anyone who is prepared to accept that sometimes there are postage strikes, it snows and from time to time we go on holidays.
By using our site you are agreeing to accept our terms and conditions which are very basic – you treat us how you would be expected to be treated yourself.
We aim to fulfil all orders within 2-4 working days but in some rare cases it may take longer. We work on a principle that unless stated all of our items are in stock when ordered. When paying by PayPal we never take the money from the PayPal account until your items are dispatched.
We operate the site for the benefit of the Granada and Scorpio Online website and return any profits made by this site to its bank account.
We do not make money out of postage. We do not even charge for packaging. Postage rates are taken directly from the most up-to-date Royal Mail price list. We prefer to use Royal Mail.
